A Quality Management programme of group training workshops and individual consultancy visits.

Four Training Workshops

A series of four monthly training workshops are arranged. It has been in our experience during the previous programmes that companies like to have the opportunity to go to work before the start of each workshop and return before the end of the working day so timing is 10am to 4 pm.

The programme is structured so that all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality standard are covered and there are practical exercises during the day. At the end of each session each company has homework to do to put into practice the subject discussed during that day. The benefits of working in a group with other organisations is very stimulating and motivating.

Four Consultancy Visits to each company

An experienced and approved Qualico consultant will be assigned to each company at the start of the project. The programme is designed so that there is a day’s visit available to each company between each workshop to help the company with their work during the programme. These days must be taken during the period of the Quality Club Programme.

Workshop Material

A comprehensive set of notes will be available at each workshop together with a sample Quality Assurance manual, sample Quality Procedures, sample associated working forms and documents.

Internal Quality Audits

The programme also includes introductory training for Internal Quality Audits in order that the Quality systems can be monitored for effectiveness when the Quality Club programme has been completed
