ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Quality

 

 

 

TS 16949Quality Cost and Delivery  and Customer satisfaction, is the driving force for suppliers to achieve third-party registration to the global automotive quality system ISO/TS16949.

Many automotive customers subscribe to this system, and are mandating or urging its implementation by their suppliers. In many situations, compliance with, or registration to ISO/TS16949 will become a pre-requisite to supplying the automotive sector.

There are many process situations which, in the context of SPC, present problems, or even appear to be unsuitable for the application of SPC.    This course will enhance the existing knowledge and skills of personnel, and enable them to extend the application of SPC methods.

Structured Problem Solving (8D)

This course comprises a comprehensive programme of problem-solving/continuous improvement tools and techniques, presented in a manufacturing context.
