Management Systems Overview

A one day course providing an overview of the three primary international management system standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Management system standards give guidance for the implementation of a formal system; may be part of contracts between customers and suppliers and are the basis of independent third party of certification.

It is important that all personnel in an organisation, including top management, understand the benefits to be gained and give full support to those tasked with establishing, implementing and maintaining the systems.

This is a knowledge course in process based management systems and explains the requirements and benefits if applied correctly. It also highlights the potential for developing an integrated management system
